- The CHAEK DONGNE PASS is a community partnership program between libraries and nearby local businesses. Participating businesses offer discounts and special benefits to active library users, encouraging them to visit and support local businesses. The program aims to promote reading and library use while supporting local businesses and strengthening connections between libraries and the local community.

Program Details
- Library–Local Business Partnership Program
- Through partnerships between libraries and nearby local businesses, participating businesses offer discounts to active library users. In turn, library users are encouraged to visit and support local businesses, helping increase sales and promote participating stores.
How to Use
- Get a CHAEK DONGNE PASS at a participating library
- Visit a participating local business.
- Present your CHAEK DONGNE PASS before ordering or before ordering or at the time of payment
